So much so, we’ve an entire team dedicated to ensuring our customers are treated to a quality service – and a quality product too.
Not to mention our colleagues. This team helps to make sure our work-life is a quality one as well.
Ultimately, our Quality team’s job is to ensure our customers always receive the right outcome when buying a product from us. Even though we don’t deal with customers directly, our work has a big impact on them.
There’s no such thing as a typical day. One day, you might be carrying out an audit. The next, you could be ‘out and about’ in our branches, specialist units and contact centres, sharing new developments and best practice.
It’s this face-to-face contact with our front line staff that will help you to develop a clear picture of what it’s like to shop with us.
