Our People Development team is here to help every one of them to get even better at what they do – to develop the skills they want to develop, to grow in the direction they want to grow.

And while it’s our people who are in control of their own progress, People Development are here to offer the training and support they need. As part of the team, it’ll be your job to scope out, design and run training programmes that best unlock people’s potential and help them to achieve their goals – whether they’re in contact centre, commercial, retail network or support services.

You’ll join a team of highly experienced trainers who, through passion, innovation and commitment, have helped to strengthen the skills and progress the careers of all sorts of Swinton people over the last 50 years.
