There are a number of business units under the Swinton umbrella, here’s a brief overview of what they do:

Safeguard and Scenic

Safeguard and Scenic have a range of insurance products for people with caravans and motorhomes.

Swinton Commerical

Swinton Commercial is for customers with commercial or business insurance needs.

Swinton Specialist Home

Just like our Specialist Division, this team looks after our non-standard Home customers.

Swinton Specialist Division

This is where we look after any car customer who doesn’t fit into our standard Car policies.

Swinton Bikes

A specialist team with lots of experience in the world of bikes, trikes and scooters.

Swinton Taxi

This team makes sure taxi drivers have the right cover. It’s all designed to meet the needs of most types of taxi and driver.

And that’s not all. We have all sorts of other teams that serve our customers in any way we can:

Take calls from our customers across the country. When our Branches are closed, customers can still call us and purchase or make changes to their Home and Car policies.
Here for our customers online. Say a customer is having trouble completing their details online, or need to talk to someone about their non-standard risk, this is the team who steps in.
These teams provide back office support and outbound campaigns for our Inbound Contact Centre. That includes everything from renewals admin and reporting to chasing claims.
This team supports all areas of the business with its admin tasks. This allows our frontline executives to do what they do best; service our customers.
Set up specifically to help customers with any queries they have about any of our monthly products. These include Swinton Breakdown Insurance (SBI) Personal Accident (PA) and Home Emergency Protection (HEP).

And, finally, there’s our Support Services teams. They’re here to help our frontline people do what they do more effectively. They include:
