Branch. Contact Centre. Support Services. There’s always something going on. Events. Competitions. Sales. And everyone gets involved. But it’s not a company policy. Or something written on our walls. It’s something our people… just… do. Individually too. It’s innate. That sense of putting people first. And we’re only too happy to help them out when they do.

As a household brand name in the UK, we take our communities seriously. Really seriously. That’s why we’re so proud to support a number of different charities – such as Children in Need, Comic/Sport Relief and our nominated charity of the year, Cancer Research UK.

In 2014, we held our first local community event. A whole bunch of our people worked hard to transform part of a nature reserve used by a primary school and the local community.
